Our reservation service is based on mutual trust: We do not ask you to pay part of the rent up front. In return we expect of you that you do not cancel your reservation.
Our house is our source of income. As all owners of an official “casa particular”, we have to pay taxes, regardless of whether the rooms are occupied or not. These taxes are quite high. If you do not use your reservation, we lose income. That is also the reason why we expect you not to change nor cancel your booking. Still, if you contact us with time, we will do what we can to help you.
Once completed and submitted the form, you will be sent a mail confirming your booking. Availability of our rooms is updated daily. If nevertheless the room is not available on the dates you've chosen, we will contact you immediately.
If you have any special requests, such as a pick up service from the airport, a special diet, etc., notify us at the time of booking. The same if you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your reservation and/or stay. We do our best to help!
We remind you; the rent is paid on the spot in cash and in CUC.
